The breakfasts here are a galactic treat, featuring delicious options like local bacon and sausages, with fresh eggs from the chickens right on the property—a real homey touch. The room itself was spacious and pristine, decked out with top-notch toiletries and a comfy bed, ensuring a restful night after a day of roaming.
You better be prepared to haul your gear up a steep set of stairs, which is a bit of a hassle for anyone with heavy luggage. While the rural setting offers beautiful views, it might feel a tad too remote for those craving more action. There's a quirky locking mechanism on the room doors that can leave you feeling a bit uneasy, and a shortage of easily accessible outlets in the room could be a bother for techies. don’t expect an elevator because there's none, and parking spots can be tight during peak times.

A delightful stay with exceptional hosts
I had a wonderful one-night stay in a spacious room with a large bathroom featuring a big shower cubicle. Jenny and Alan were incredibly hospitable, even allowing an early check-in. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the poached eggs made with fresh eggs from their own chickens. The only downside was that the room door didn't lock from the outside, but it certainly didn't overshadow the warmth and comfort of my experience.
